鉅亨台北資料中心◆盤勢分析希拉蕊電郵門事件擴大，川普民調領先，市場擔心若美總統選舉差距過小，驗票恐需一個多月時間，加上油價受美庫存大增影響重挫，使得 3 日台股連二天開低走低，除鋼鐵股因鋼價上漲逆勢抗跌外，其餘全數倒地，再失 9100 點關卡，並破前低 9074 點紀錄，以最低點收市，終場加權指數收在 9067.27 點，下跌 71.77 點或 0.79%，成交額 675.42 億元。 OTC 指數收在 121.71 點，下跌 1.37 點或 1.11%，成交額 183.77 億元。3 日台股受國際政治風險增加影響，二天吃掉三個月漲幅，技術面持續惡化。籌碼方面，三大法人連五日同步賣超，其中外資連賣七日，自營商及投信連賣五日。考量外資除現貨連日減碼外，台指期淨多單亦連三日減少部位，目前利率、政治風險不確定升溫，行情有向下探底可能，建議保守操作，汰弱留強，留意 10 月營收大幅成長族群。
